L-1 Visa
for Intracompany Transferees
The L-1 nonimmigrant visa enables a U.S. employer to transfer an executive/manager or employee with specialized knowledge from one of its affiliated foreign offices to one of its offices in the U.S. This classification also enables a foreign company which does not yet have an affiliated U.S. office to send an executive/manager to the U.S. with the purpose of establishing one.
O-1 Visa
for Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement
The O-1 nonimmigrant visa is for individuals who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or motion picture or television industry. O-1 visa is the perfect visa for visual artists, multimedia artists, performing artists, designers, illustrators who are typically self-employed.
H-1B Visa
for Specialty Occupations and Fashion Models
The H-1B nonimmigrant visa allows U.S. employers to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations.
The foreign workers must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with the exception of fashion models, who must be "of distinguished merit and ability".

Founder of the firm, Feng Xia has practiced immigration law exclusively for more than 10 years. She focuses on O-1, EB-1, H-1B, and PERM cases, helping clients achieve their professional and personal immigration goals. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts of New York, and is an active member of the ABA, AILA, and NYSBA.
